REFUND FEE 10.00 PER TICKET for current and postponed shows. If a show is cancelled there will not be a refund fee (even though we have to pay a fee to process the request).
In order to encourage people to buy tickets online due to our staffing situation, we are reducing our online fee to 3.00 from 3.50 we are increasing our in person and telephone ticketing fee to 3.00 from 1.50. These fees do not cover all of the fees we are charged by our ticketing provider, PayPal, credit card company, printer, paper tickets and staff thank you for your understanding. We still have the lowest ticketing fees on thr country check out ticketmaster snd stub hub to compare! Please be kind to our volunteers on email, phone snd in person box office. We are trying our best to give you professional and personal service.

All passes include applicable Canadian tax, PayPal and credit card fees and ticketing fee.
TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, however, are transferable should you be unable to attend and need to sell your tickets privately. We will need details of the new purchaser, so please contact us with that information.
Passes include access to all Fan Weekend events at Festival Hall including comedy show, live musical performances, film screenings, trivia etc.
Ticket purchasers will receive their All Access passes by mail along with various tourism and accommodation information and tentative schedules.
Ticket purchasers will get monthly emails outlining additions to the ever growing list of activities and performers.
Customers are responsible for reserving accommodation ASAP and for all costs associated with travel, accommodation and meals. We will be providing a code to attendees for discounts at various restaurants and attractions.
We look forward to this fun filled weekend, celebrating all things Triumph with friends old and new.
All tickets are reserved seating, main level. Includes 13%HST taxes. A 5$ charge will be added to help us with the postage and shipping of the packages.
