For ticket purchases by phone or in person and inquiries 

No Refunds By Phone - please email events@festhall.ca with your order number, reason for return and confirm your address.  

All refunds will be issued by cheque once per week.  This is a LIMITED policy change.  No refunds for current or postponed shows will be issued after October 7, 2021.  

At that time if you do not wish to use your tickets PLEASE contact us at events@festhall.ca to make arrangements to if you would like to donate back your tickets or in exceptional circumstances an exchange or gift certificate.  Otherwise, you will have to sell your tickets yourselves using kijiji, facebook marketplace etc.

$3.00 Fee Per Ticket Applies to All Tickets

$3.00 per ticket for in person and phone orders 

$3.00 Online Ticketing Fee for Online Purchases (reduced to encourage online purchase)

$10 refund fee PER TICKET for refunds issued for postponed, not cancelled, shows  

Origonal Ticketing Fees will not be refunded  we have already paid those monies to our ticketing provider

AS IS PRINTED ON YOUR TICKET AND ON YOUR ONLINE CONFIRMATION THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON TICKETS FOR WHICH THERE IS A POSTPONED DATE.  THIS POLICY HAS BEEN IN FORCE FOR TWENTY YEARS, PRE COVID.  THIS POLICY IS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE TOURING ACTS/PROMOTERS/RENTERS WHO HAVE ASKED FOR NO REFUNDS POLICY.  IN ADDITION, FOR OUR IN HOUSE PRODUCTIONS, IT IS DONE TO PROTECT THE ARTISTS WHO ARE VERY VULNERABLE AT THIS TIME.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND YOUR SUPPORT OF THE ARTS.  

IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO KEEP YOUR TICKETS, YOU MAY CONTACT US AND WE WILL CANCEL THEM AND YOU WILL BECOME A MEMBER OF OUR SUPPORTING CAST WITH YOUR NAME PLACED ON A PROMINENT WALL AND ON OUR WEBSITE, HIGHLIGHTING OUR PATRONS WHO HAVE HELPED US SURVIVE THE PANDEMIC.  EMAIL US FOR MORE INFORMATION.

No aggressive or abusive behaviour directed to our Box Office Staff will be tolerated.

Many theatres, including the NATIONAL ARTS CENTRE, are NOT issuing refunds for postponed shows.  For cancelled shows, they are NOT issuing refunds until the reopening of their in person box office in a few months

Many theatres are not offering an in person box office whatsoever and all tickets are purchased online and become mobile tickets

We will be printing hard tickets for every postponed performance due to the confusion with so many dates.  They are available for pickup during Thursday evening box office hours or on the show date - but please come very early as you will be subject to screening and distancing etc.

Attention:  If you are trying to purchase online tickets from a government workplace the online ticketing system will be shut out by your employer's security system.  Please buy your tickets after work - the online system has been a huge success and our online ticketing fees are about 1/4 the fees charged by other online ticketing companies such as TicketMaster.
